Delete Your Krickit Account
Krickit — com.krickit.app
You can delete your account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Krickit and sign in
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Account → Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Deletion begins immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Email support@krickit.in from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We verify the request comes from the account owner and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted

What is kept, and why
- Your name on match scorecards and statistics. A cricket match is a shared record: removing one player’s name or contribution would break the scorecard for every other player in that match. Your name stays on the matches you played; it is no longer linked to an account anyone can sign in to.
- Transaction records are retained for 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Deleting a purchase or subscription
Cancel an active subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions before deleting your account. Deleting the account does not cancel Play billing.
